Do your rates include tolls, fees, and gratuity?

Yes. All standard tolls, airport fees, and gratuity are included in our flat-rate pricing to Logan (BOS) and TF Green (PVD), unless otherwise noted.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking as early as possible to guarantee availability, especially for early morning airport runs and weekends. Same-day bookings are accepted when available.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time are fully refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a fee.

Do you offer hourly charters?

Yes. Our luxury black SUV is available by the hour for corporate travel, concerts, weddings, and nights out. Hourly minimums may apply.

How many passengers can your vehicle accommodate?

Our luxury SUV comfortably seats up to 6 passengers with luggage.
