Zone Pricing applies to trips originating or ending South or West of Logan, and North or West of TF Green, respectively, and include applicable tolls and airport fees. Additional stops may incure an additional charge.

Policies
- Cancellations: 24+ hours – no charge. Less than 24 hours – 50% of fare. No-shows – full fare. Weather & airline cancellations are exempt.
- Wait Time: First 15 minutes included (60 minutes for airport arrivals), then billed in 15-minute increments at hourly rate ($95/hr standard, $135/hr Premium.)
- Luggage: Standard (1–3 passengers, 4 large bags). Premium (4–6 passengers, 6 large bags).
What’s included in the price?
All of our airport and point-to-point rates are all-inclusive — vehicle, professional chauffeur, taxes, tolls, and standard gratuity. No hidden charges.
Are there any extra fees or surcharges?
Yes. While most of our pricing is all-inclusive, a few additional charges may apply in specific situations:
Additional Stops: Extra stops along your route may incur an additional fee, depending on distance and time.
Late Night / Early Morning Pickups: A $30 surcharge applies for pickups scheduled between 12:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m.
Holiday Premium: A $50 surcharge applies on major U.S. holidays (e.g., New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas).
Wait Time: If applicable, wait time is billed in 15 minute increments at a rate of $95 per hour (Standard) or $135 per hour (Premium/SUV) after the initial grace period.
These fees are always disclosed up front so you know what to expect before your ride.
How many passengers and bags can you take?
Standard: 1–3 passengers with up to 4 large bags. Premium: 4–6 passengers with up to 6 large bags.
Do you confirm every trip?
Yes. Every booking is reviewed and confirmed to make sure timing and routing line up. You’ll receive a text/email once it’s locked in.
Do you track flights?
Absolutely. We monitor arrivals and adjust pickup time for delays at no extra cost.
Is waiting time included?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of wait time from landing. After that, time is billed in 15-minute increments or included if you’re on an hourly charter. All other pickups have a 15 minute grace period, then wait time billed in 15 minute increments
What’s your cancellation policy?
Free up to 24 hours before pickup. Inside 24 hours = 50%. Inside 3 hours or no-show = 100%. (Weather/airline cancellations are exceptions.)
Do you allow extra stops?
One brief stop (≤10 minutes) along the direct route is included. Additional/longer stops are billed at the hourly rate.
Do you offer hourly charters?
Yes — minimum 3 hours locally (longer for out-of-area). Time starts at scheduled pickup and ends at final drop-off.
